IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION

Specific measures taken by this establishment following the recommendations of the Ministry of Health:

We have minimised the possibilities of direct contact between guests and staff:

Reception services will be provided through telematic means 24 hours a day. We have set up an autonomous entry and key handover system that does not require the presence of staff. The traveller’s report and police registry can be signed without the presence of staff, and guests are encouraged to pay for their booking in advance through telematic means. Upon your departure, please leave your key card in the mailbox next to the main entrance. If you require assistance, please write us an email – holabrick@thebricks.es (BRICK PALMA); holaregina@thebricks.es (Regina) – or call us: +34 686 977 960.

The room cleaning schedules are changed to adapt to your expected arrival and departure hours, if you let us know when these will be, to avoid you encounter the cleaning staff. The floor and cleaning staff will not enter any rooms to provide services whenever guests are inside, unless strictly necessary.

We have taken measures to minimise the risk of spreading the virus, for instance:

All clothes are washed at more than 60ºC.

Only single-use amenities are provided, and they are replaced before each new arrival.

The hotel has an automatic forced ventilation system that circulates the air in all the rooms 24 hours a day, ventilating them with clean outdoor air.

We use cleaning products with highly disinfectant properties.

We have installed a hand sanitiser dispenser in the entrance for disinfecting hands.

The staff has personal protective equipment for cases that require its use based on their roles.

The hairdryer is cleaned (filter included) after every departure.

These establishments recommend you:

Abstain from engaging in physical contact when greeting staff or other guests. This includes handshakes.

Throw all used personal hygiene items – especially tissues – and PPE in the bin placed for that purpose in your bathroom, as it does not need to be opened manually.

Thoroughly wash your hands after sneezing, blowing your nose or coughing or touching potentially contaminated surfaces.

Avoid leaving towels, cushions or your own clothes on the floor of the room.

Furthermore, this establishment also wishes to inform you that:

Guests MUST apply hand sanitiser every time they enter the establishment.

Guests MUST keep the two-metre safety distance between themselves and other people, whenever possible.
