Reception: The physical reception service is not provided, but it is available telematically.

You will receive the instructions to make the autonomous entrance into the establishment and your room both in the confirmation email of your reservation, as well as by WhatsApp in the telephone number provided when making your reservation the same day of entry. If you do not have WhatsApp, we will send it to the email provided in your reservation.

Cleaning: The daily room cleaning service is not carried out with the aim that you are the only one who enters your room. However, if you want a full room cleaning service, you can request it by contacting us before 10:00 in the morning of the same day by any of the ways mentioned above.

Bar: The bar will be closed until further notice to avoid crowds within the establishment.

Roof: The roof is open 24 hours a day as long as proper use is made of it, respecting the rest of other guests and neighbors. Rooftop bar service is not available.

The reception service is provided electronically 24 hours a day. An autonomous entry and key delivery system has been organized without the need for staff present. The signature of the traveler and the police record are made without the physical presence of the staff and advance payment of the reservation is encouraged by electronic means. Upon departure, please deposit your room cards in the mailbox provided next to the main gate. The cleaning times of the rooms are modified according to their scheduled arrival and departure times, provided you have communicated them to us, to avoid contact with the cleaning staff. The cleaning staff will not provide service in the rooms while the guestremains inside, except for just cause.

The common areas of the establishment are closed or limited according to current regulations. These areas at BRICK PALMA include the bar / reception.

Measures have been taken to minimize the risk of contagion, among which are:

Reduction of non-essential textiles in the rooms: rugs, decorative blankets, etc.

The decorative cushions are disinfected after each outing.,

All clothes are washed at a temperature above 60º.

The amenities are single use and are replaced with each new reservation.

The hotel has an automatic forced ventilation system that constantly renews the air in each room 24 hours a day, allowing constant fresh air to enter from outside.

The cleaning products used have a high disinfecting power.

A sanitizing hydroalcoholic gel dispenser has been installed at the entrance of the facility for hand disinfection.

The staff has personal protection equipment in cases where this is advised depending on the activity they carry out.

This establishment recommends:

Avoid greeting with physical contact, including shaking hands, both to staff and other clients.

Throw away any personal hygiene waste – especially disposable tissues – as well as PPE immediately to the wastebasket enabled in the bathroom of your room, which has a non-manual operation.

Thoroughly wash your hands after sneezing, blowing your nose, or coughing or touching potentially contaminated surfaces.

Avoid depositing cushions, towels or your own clothes on the floor of the room.
